This super investment app needed to expand its audience reach and gain new clients through YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and Reddit ads. Our KPIs were CTR, impressions served, and PAUM (primary assets under management). I was the lead writer for this client and led the strategy, conceptualization, and execution of the Reddit Takeover campaign.
During the GameStop stock explosion and Robinhood backlash on r/wallstreetbets, we capitalized on the moment and showed M1 Finance as the finance app savvy investors need. I led the conceptualization, strategy, and copy creation of the two Reddit takeover ads. The campaign was a success, leading to 4.8M impressions, driving 97% in account creation volume, and winning an Audience Honor Award at the 2021 Shorty Awards.
